Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 12 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid cancellation fee.
Our cancellation fee is the full amount of your booking.
The Cancellations made up to 12 hours prior the appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee
But Our booking system is a prepayment system, You will be charged for a "refund transaction fee" for any refund.
It is 2.9% + $0.30 of the full amount.
No fee for Rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly as it cannot be done through the booking site.

Session ends as scheduled regardless of your time of arrival. You won’t be able to change your booking to shorter menu when you are late for the appointment.

We only have one therapist available at BH location, so we can only take one person at a time.so it will be back-to-back appointments for multiple guests.
At the Pasadena or Newport Beach locations, if you would like to make an appointment for two or more people at the same time, please be sure to contact us before scheduling your appointments. We will inform you of available times for simultaneous appointments, and then you will be able to book through our website.
